- At times it will be necessary for you to reach your doctor or nurse. During office hours (M-F, 8:00 - 5:00) you should call the office where you see your physician. An operator will take your message.
- In order to allow the doctors to devote their full attention to scheduled patients, a nurse will initially handle your call. Our nurses have special training to enable them to help you with questions or problems that may arise. The nurse will also consult with your physician.
- Please be patient with us as we receive many calls during the day. We ask that you remember that physicians' schedules are long and demanding. It may be late in the afternoon after all patients are seen, or sometimes the following day before non-emergency phone calls are returned.
