• It is always best to anticipate your prescription refill needs and have any necessary prescriptions written while you are in the clinic. Please bring your pharmacy number along with the container of the medicine that needs to be refilled. If you are unable to do so, please call our office between 9:00am and 3:00pm for your refill. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills.
  • When calling in for a refill, the operator will take a message and a nurse will return your call if necessary. Please have the name of the prescription, the dosage, and your pharmacy number available.
  • By law, you must have a written prescription for narcotics such as Percocet, MS Contin or Oxycontin. That means no narcotic pain prescriptions can be made after office hours or during weekends. No exceptions are possible because of Federal regulations. We want you to have the medication you need when you need them, but we cannot violate the law. It is always best to anticipate and get your prescriptions while you are seeing the Doctor.

Never hesitate to call us for any problem. There is no need to be miserable. If a certain medication is not working, call and let us know. Chances are, we can prescribe or suggest something to make you more comfortable.
